2017 Aeropress Western Regional in Vancouver

The 2017 Aeropress Western Regional Competition was held in Vancouver at the Americian Cafe near Main Station. The event was organised by Coffee Potluck and sponsored by Timbertrain. Competitors go head to head brewing one cup of coffee to be tasted by three judges. Everyone must brew with an Aeropress in 8 minutes using the same beans. Each round 3 competitors face each other with one making it to the next round.

Ford's 2017 Focus Electric is an interesting vehicle that surprised me. This is a car for those who want a greener option. It was satisfying to drive, the brake coach reports back to the driver on how much energy is recovered from the regenerative braking system. It was always a game to see if I could recover 100% of the energy spent.

Although there are more practical and comfortable vehicles in this category there is no car that is more fun to drive than this. This is definitely a vehicle that is for a driving enthusiast. The size of the vehicle make it easy to drive and park in the city.
