2019 Nissan Rogue
For this week’s review we’ve gotten our hands on the all new 2019 Nissan Rogue in North America which ups the safety features. It doesn’t seem like anything can stop the Rogue from being a top seller for Nissan. This week, we take a closer look at the Rogue and see why is it so popular to the general public!

Not very engaging with the steering and drive feel but not the most boring in the segment

Feels a lot more comfortable than other cross overs. It’s obvious Nissan is focused on comfort over fun to drive.

For an older design it has aged gracefully
Having LED headlights standard would be nice. Currently this is only available in the highest trim.

Very comfy seats with lots of head and leg room
Buttons are logically laid out
Brown seats with black accents a very classy look

Rear passengers seats can slide and recline
Panoramic sunroof lets in lots of light in the back
Great legroom space perfect for long road trips.

Because the Rogue use to have a 3 row option the 2nd row seats are able to slide forward. With the removal of the 3rd row option, Nissan still provides the sliding feature to the 2nd row seats if you needed even more cargo space.
I love the dividers to prevent items from sliding around.
INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM: 6.5/10
NISSANCONNECT supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto which is nice to have
The screen size and graphics is behind the times.
OVERALL IMPRESSION OF THE 2019 Nissan Rogue:
Nissan’s 2019 Rogue may not be particularly fun, but it is a family friendly option that’s full of safety tech, comfort and quiet. It’s measurements are just right. It’s small enough to make it easy to park in the city but still big and comfortable enough to carry people and cargo on a road trip with ease! I found the interior feeling very premium, and only beaten by Mazda’s CX-5.
Although this generation of the Rogue has been around since 2014, Nissan has done a great job updating the vehicle every year. The look of the vehicle has aged gracefully. A re-design is probably going to be coming soon if you can wait!
I would keep the Rogue on the shopping list if you’re looking for a mid size cross over that is practical, and comfortable for daily life and family road trips.
